1. What types of snacks do you offer?

We offer a wide range of gourmet snacks, including nut mixes, olives, charcuterie and mochi rice bites. All of our products are crafted with high-quality ingredients and award-winning recipes.

2. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website. Simply browse our product sections, click the ‘View & Buy’ button and place your order.
Please note that we only sell boxes of our snacks. If you are looking to purchase individual bags, please check Amazon or Ocado, or visit your local farm shop or premium independent food retailer.

3. Do you offer gift options or selection boxes?

Yes, we offer a variety of gifting options and selection boxes that feature our award-winning snacks. These make perfect gifting items for any occasion.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay for your convenience.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status of your package. Please ensure you include your email address and mobile number for this purpose.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We do however have agents in many countries, please email us for more information.

7. How long will it take to receive my order?

We try to turn around orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. However, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery to addresses inside the UK.

Please note that deliveries to some areas in Scotland (Highlands), the Channel Islands & Northern Ireland are dispatched via Royal Mail, which can take up to 7 working days for delivery.

8. What is your return policy?

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. For more details, please see our return policy.

9. Are your snacks allergen-free?

Many of our snacks are made in facilities that handle nuts, dairy, and other common allergens. Please refer to the product descriptions for specific allergen information.

Our snacks are packaged in eco-friendly, resealable bags to ensure freshness and reduce environmental impact. We’re working hard to make our packaging 100% recyclable. We’re not quite there yet.

At this time, we do not offer customization of snack mixes. However, we have a variety of pre-mixed options that cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.
